Ever since I was a child, I have always spent my free time drawing and painting . I would always find myself attracted to the beauty of faces as a media to paint. Without taking any lessons, I have painted faces all my life, for my pleasure and that of friends and family. Professionally I was an antique dealer in Paris and Madrid for many years, sometime assisting professional restorers. I was fascinated by the work of old masters, and I am still and expert in this field. But every style and period has its beauty, and it makes my day when I come across
a work of art that touches me
Now I live in London next to my family, and I enjoy having plenty of time to paint
and I love it.
